The sales representative first surveyed the indoor area to be served, the outdoor location where the unit would need to be placed, and electrical connections available to make sure that any system recommended would meet my needs and to identify any potential problems that might need to be addressed during the installation. He had a deep understanding of the field and answered my questions about technical specifications, other available brands, additional options and product warranties openly and honestly without pressuring me. I felt fully informed to make the right decisions for my home. When I received the formal proposal, the job was fairly priced. The system elements, costs, warranties, and scope of work were clear, complete and easy to understand. The install occurred less than two weeks after signing. The techs who did the install were experienced, efficient, respectful, and, when finished, left the work site completely clean. You can’t find better service than that.
