“Today I had my yearly maintenance for my A/C.
Albert was prompt, friendly and very efficient.
He did tell me that my pump was running slowly.
He showed me the pump, explained in detail how it worked.
He showed me the safety backup, and felt it was fine for me to wait until my next service date in November for my furnace.
I have dealt with Chaves for the last 12 years and have been very pleased with their service..”
