“Thanks to Arthur Leandro’s keen perception and follow through he alleviated a very dangerous situation.
Arthur came to my house on 8/09 to perform the annual AC maintenance and replace the natural gas furnace’s ancillary condensate pump. Upon entering the house Arthur immediately smelled natural gas, surprisingly neither my brother or I who both reside in the house couldn’t. Although it was out of Arthur’s scope of work, he took the initiative to locate the exact location of the leak, a fitting in the gas pipe leading to the furnace. We then immediately call Eversource Gas to report the leak and had the potentially deadly natural gas leak fixed within about an hour after Arthur informed us.
