“Ricky explained the new service plan and helped me choose the best one for my needs. He serviced both my gas forced-air heating system and my central AC system. A few things came up during the maintenance and he explained what needed to be done and why. He also answered a few questions for me. Ricky was knowledgeable, friendly, and very good at what he does!
