“We have two separate central A/C units serving our home. When one of the units failed two years ago we called a well respected local repair/installation HVAC company (not Chaves) who performed the repair (a dead capacitor).

Earlier this year Chaves was low bidder on a new furnace for our home and did a great job on the install on short notice, so when our other A/C unit suffered a similar failure (a dead capacitor) during the biggest heat wave in recent New England history we called Chaves. They fixed the problem within 24 hours despite the high demand for HVAC repairs during the heat wave and, most amazing, billed us two and a half times LESS than the company that repaired our other unit in 2016 for the identical problem!
