“Joe, meant to contact you earlier to let you know that we were pleased with the installation of the second story furnace and air conditioner. Your installation team was very nice and easy to have in the house (important), and the electrician and gas guys were also very nice. Actually, the electrician replaced a GFI box on the outside of the house without even saying anything about it. Apparently they found an issue with the box and went ahead and replaced!
Thanks very much for your attention and your company’s service! The AC is working well and we will assume that the furnace will too!

“I wanted to follow-up on an AC request I made a month or so back – we tried unsuccessfully to revive our old system and worked with several different companies to get the repairs and estimates, etc during the process. I won’t bash anybody on here of the companies that deserve a bit of bashing (!) but I will say that Chaves was FANTASTIC to work with – there’s a reason why their yard signs are all over town – they are prompt, courteous and efficient and knowledgeable.
